So I'm 5'7", weigh 206 pounds and haven't exercised in 8 years. But I have 16.2% body fat! Oooh! Seriously a joke. Not only is that not true (double, in fact), but it makes me eat 4800 calories a day (as recommended by the scale)! Rschunimagu. Bone mass/weight, whatever that is, is off too. Funny - he calls me "obese" but at 16.2% body fat. Great logic you have there! Save your money - they all seem a bit fat but that's a joke. And 400% cost of other scales. The app is fun too. Comes preloaded with other people's results - about 80 of them. You can remove them - ONE at a time. So allow 20 minutes for this. To update. I took another measurement for some laughs and I lost 3% fat in about 3 hours (down to 13%), I weigh 206 pounds, am 44 years old and have a metabolic age of 15! SWEET! And so I figured I need to lose 40 pounds. The shortest diet! Just 5 hours and I'm dangerously low in fat! It's good that I no longer need this scale.
