Does not let air through for Decor

Eh. My already sweaty son sweated even more as the memory foam doesn't let air through. The notch isn't that deep, so it didn't look like it rounded his flat head at all. Then I bought a rectangular MALOMEE model, I think it's a brand. The ones I really like. It feels much more breathable and the reshaping cavity is much deeper than that memory foam.
