So I wanted one, cheap, easy to install except for cheap screws. I took them all off and had to drill a few to get them off. Is the product really good apart from the design? I used it for a cat and my cat stopped using it. So I replaced it with another brand with a flexible rubber mat like a door. My cat comes through, the door opens but my cat gets caught by the tail. and the action is so simple, it's like he's only halfway with his tail in the door. such an obvious difference in its effect on him.
