My husband is quite slim and wore this shirt. It fits him well in length (arm 36-37) and sits comfortably around his neck. The main body of the shirt is still a bit wide for his stature, but it's a big improvement over the regular fit shirts. The material is of decent quality and it looks like a good casual shirt.
