Very comfortable, crystal clear headset with amazing range. I can leave my office and cross the street and still have a continuous signal. The hardest thing about buying a wireless headset is that you need a fully compatible system or you're in trouble. I bought this headset, a Leitner lifter and a Cortelco 2720 phone (analogue phone). This combination allows me to answer and end calls through the headset. Important notes about the headset: - You can't blink or hold with this headset (or any other wireless headset to my knowledge). Instead, you have to blink and hold your desk phone.- This headset has a mute button on the top, the mute button is small, not easy to find, and doesn't give an audible indication that the mute button was successful - you can use this headset on both the left and You can also wear it on your right ear as the microphone rotates 270 degrees. This is the ONLY wireless headset with a 5 year warranty. You pay more for it, but given my history of fancy headsets, it's money well spent. You can continue to use the wired desk phone that this headset is connected to. Just pick up the handset of the phone. Installation only takes a few minutes and is very easy if you follow the instructions
