Review on Targit by Christopher Smith

All aspects were easy throughtout process! From getting an account made up we only struggled with trying too hard but it was not our fault as they went above what ever would expect when it came time fo us needing help!! You won't regret this decision at all. ! Nothing I dislike about my experience thus far. Would like more options/customization so you could tailor services that are needed per each customer's unique needs. !! Customer service has been excellent throughout entire project and support after final billing phase also exceptional! I like that Targit can be used across multiple teams within an organization. It is a good way to have a centralized view of the data and also allows for easy collaboration. It's not easy to use for new people. It requires some training to be able to understand how to use it. When used in a team setting, it's a great way to have everyone working on the same data at the same time. I've also found it helps with keeping up with the data trends.
