Best for my use - my new review

Others have said here that they found it to be a bit stiffer than they expected it to be. That was a selling point for me. I am only 150 lbs but I bacically have to fall down the last six inches or so. Any ( I have two others) will work to soften the hit. But this one works best, and especially on rough surfaces or rocky ground. AND, it's bigger than others I have, so I can get both knees on one pad comfortably.
