Can't believe it. I'm in the shower listening to music and the MP3 stops playing. Dry, press play and nothing. Turned it off, counted to 5, turned it back on and it played 5 or 6 songs and then froze again. Completely unacceptable. I have had your product for years and it has been dropped and stepped on. He would play, but the screen was terribly scratched and unreadable. NEVER frozen. It's such a disappointment. Also on his face he has dots running in circles with 20 12 in the middle what is that? I was going to buy a second one to wear around the garden. I'm wearing work gloves and if this MP3 keeps freezing and I have to keep taking my gloves off to restart it's a waste of time. Nothing is done. What is your decision? Actually, one of the solutions is to make an American made MP3 again.
