These are cheap levers. They work, but they're not pretty. They were both packed together in the same plastic bag. They must have bumped into each other several times during transport as both had numerous scuffs and scratches. The brake line adjustment knobs are not very smooth and wobble easily. They installed without any problems and work quite well. I wouldn't buy them again and am already looking at higher quality Shimano levers. However, if you want very cheap levers that work well, this isn't a bad option.
