Does not glow in the dark

These balls are almost neon colored, I would call them "bright colors" not neon. The description doesn't say they glow in blacklight, but answers to questions suggest they glow several times. That is not true. Place these balloons in a dark room with black light and the balloons won't be visible at all, no glow.
