I'm trying to get away from plastic. I usually use a plastic brush for washing dishes, but saw this one and was pleased to be able to use a wooden brush instead of plastic. They didn't last long as they started forming a week after using them. Sadly I have to say that I went back to plastic brushes because they are heavier, last longer and are a lot cheaper depending on how long they last. I'm still looking for that long-term solution so I don't have to buy plastic brushes anymore, but for now it works.
