This pillow is for anyone (like me) who loves a soft, flexible, soft and pliable pillow. If you want a stiffer support pillow, this isn't the place for you. I think it would be better for those who sleep on the side who like to crumple the pillow and hug it in their sleep. When I sleep on my back, the pillow is so soft it lifts up on either side of my head and stuffs my ears. As good as it is for sleeping, too many pillows around my head. As I mostly sleep on my side this isn't a huge issue - for those who sleep mostly on their back it can be. The outer shell is high quality and well made. Arrives compressed and rolled, pops open and fills to full size almost instantly.
