Pads do come out they are not seamless
Was very disappointed in these over all cuz the pads do come out and move and I had after washing trying to get them to fit right again I got these cuz it said seamless pads (meaning they don’t come out). They did. They are comfy over all those. But we shall see after a few washings how they hold up with the pads. Would not have gotten with removable pads! If the pads didn’t removed would guve 5 stars across the chart
- Definitely will buy again
- It may not be supportive enough for long duration activities
