I bought this docking station almost two years ago and have used it almost every day since. I've used it with Windows and Mac laptops. It's fantastic to be able to use an ethernet connection with my laptops and also be able to connect all my USB devices as well as a second monitor - all connected to my computer via a single USB cable! I've moved twice since I bought this docking station. , and somewhere in my last move I lost the power cord. I contacted the company and although the warranty was long gone and lost parts are of course not covered, they sent me a new power cord! It far exceeded my expectations. I need a second docking station for another computer soon and will definitely be purchasing a second one thanks to the exceptional customer service!
