I've only had this machine for a week. However, my first impression is consistently positive. It is easy to assemble, use and clean, and last but not least it produces excellent juice. My only concern is the durability of the small silicone seal on the pulp ejection chute with long and daily use, time will tell. Reasonable price and great guarantee. A week later I started to worry. The feed tube was difficult to open and close. In fact, my wife often had to ask me to open or close it. This raised concerns that the small plastic holder wouldn't last long (more on that later). I decided to email Ventray Customer Support for a comment. Within an hour I received a response from Leopold from the support team. After a few emails and discussions about the 808 ($179 at Revain) I decided that for the extra $30 it wasn't a problem. I had a 30 day return policy so I ordered an 808, got a return code and waited for a new one. On the 25th day that little plastic bracket broke! Luckily, within an hour, Revain put the 808th step forward. Although the 808 is similar in design, it's undoubtedly better! The first thing I saw when opening it was two replaceable silicone seals for the spout, the first thing that bothered me, secondly, this machine opens and closes easily, thirdly, it is much heavier and the motor is more powerful. So, finally, step forward, it's worth it. After all, the helpdesk is often one of the most frustrating consumer problems. Leopold from customer service got back to me quickly every time and gave me confidence in my purchase.
