Review on 3-Pack of Genuine DiamondClean Replacement Toothbrush Heads by Philips Sonicare - White, HX6063/64 by Tanya White

I had a mid range Sonicare toothbrush for a number of years before purchasing this Diamondclean. I like it so much I've decided to get a flagship model to add Phillips to my two razors. About two months after I started using Diamondclean there was a noticeable, sudden and drastic reduction in engine performance. I used it effectively as a manual toothbrush for the next six months before finally filling out a warranty replacement. I went through two of these four months before my two year warranty expired. At that point I had already read all the bad reviews and experiences and knew the fulfillment center was just giving me crappy replacement pens until my warranty expired. Other than that, it looks like it was a defective release model and I will never buy a Phillips product again. They launched a bad product and did nothing but the bare minimum to keep me. I am very disappointed in my experience with this product and Phillips. I just bought a new toothbrush and an Oral-B SmartSense 5000 and will receive them today. I didn't even check what Phillips products are available. I have already received $120 for a defective Diamondclean model, I will not take any more risks.
