This is a great electric toothbrush and more! My teeth look so bright white and it cleans like nothing else. But BIG plus setting"rubber". When I turned sixty, my gums started receding. One of the three heads is defective next to the connecting part. When the toothbrush is turned on it makes an awful noise but the other two don't. I just throw out this bad one because I definitely can't stand the noise for the whole 3 months. I've seen the same problem mentioned by other customers, so apparently it's not my own problem. The heads do not stay in place. Once I replaced it I found it was very easy to install. When the brush is on, the head vibrates freely. Not sure if this is a new design or fake but very disappointed. These brush heads do their job perfectly. While your results may vary, here's my experience: I brush with Sonicare twice a day. sometimes on a 2 minute cycle, mostly on a 3 minute cycle. I have found that these nozzles last a little longer than the recommended replacement window. In rare cases, the blue "indicator" will start to disappear within the first two weeks. but then, almost immediately, it begins to go away - quite abruptly.
