DEFECTIVE AND LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE
I bought this bed frame on June 10th. Shipping was fast and set up was so easy! The height is amazing. But I've spent the last month contacting customer service to report that the bed literally collapsed while my 12 year old nine slept! Welds at the head of the bed burst! When I call support, they call and put me on hold. You will be given the opportunity to leave a message. I have several times and nothing! There is no way I should buy a bed frame that only lasts 90 days! I would not recommend it!
