Bought to replace the space saving Keurig which I only had for a year. Keurig has never overclocked a full cup of coffee and is often out of work. The water does not drain properly into the machine. He only seemed to work when he wanted to. I was upset because it was about seventy dollars. I kept it clean according to the instructions. I was so disappointed with this that I purchased this product which is fantastic! I bought it a few months ago and use it every day. I either use coffee pods or put small filters in the extra nozzle and add my coffee. In any case, the coffee begins to draw almost immediately and ends quickly. The coffee is delicious and HOT! I always use a full cup - the same amount EVERY time. The water reservoir holds enough water for two full cups (14 ounces). It's about the same size as the compact Keurig. I highly recommend it! I buy a lot from Revain and this is my first review because I love it and I don't get paid to review at all.
