Leather quality is like faux leather, it is a good wallet. Normal quality flash. I love gold and black. This is a large wallet with pockets, space for a checkbook or a phone. The spare center zipper split a bit, pulled it shut and it closes all the way so it seems to work fine. I still wouldn't use it for change or put anything important in that tiny compartment. I have a standard LG smartphone so it fits perfectly in my wallet with a phone case.
