Like:1. The cables are good and long so they can be installed next to the battery and run all the way to the front2. The USB ports are nice and small, making them easy to hide3. The idea of being able to mount on a ball mount is a good idea and the main reason I bought this. Dislikes: 1. The supplied tape isn't strong enough to hold the outlet when it's on. It breaks off even though I wipe all the sticky surfaces with alcohol2. The sockets are too tight. Connecting the USB cable is very difficult. I think that's why the tape breaks. The long screw that replaces the screw in the jack ball arm is not compatible with the jacks. The supplied screw has an M6-1.0 (metric) thread. The RAM ball mount has a 1/4-20 thread. I bought a hand from another seller on Revain. Luckily the threads were the same but the hex alignment was wrong so I had to drill a hole to straighten the strut. Perfect.
