This by far is my best purchase when it comes to waist trainers and I have purchased tons. They either roll up or have the spiny wires that dig into your skin and you can't wear it. Or they are just awkwardly made and I wind up throwing them out. I just received this on July 9th and started with the hooks on the 1st row and 3 days later I am on the middle row and already have my medium on order because this large will not last long before it becomes too big. It's very comfy and I wear it all day along with working out. Definitely a must have if you are trying yo contour that waist and it is true to size.
