EXCELLENT shape for baking. on Bread Pans
We bought this pan to cook an old family recipe. We found it easy to cook and easy to clean. If we had to point out the back, it would be that we found the pan to be a bit heavy. If you are used to cooking in a modern light pan, it will take time to get used to it. Basically we are more than satisfied.
