I cannot connect this fan to my network. I've followed all the instructions, disabled 5GHz on my network, tried both automatic methods and AP connection methods, but no connection. I noticed that the fan doesn't stay in pairing mode for more than 30 seconds, which is less than half the time the app says it takes to pair. It can't be paired because it won't stay in pairing mode. There is no customer support that I can find. I regret the purchase and advise against it.
