Review on Tough 1 Royal Blue Large 600D Dog Blanket by Constance Bingham

*Item came in USED*When I opened the box it seemed to me that someone had taken it out of the plastic wrap, just crumpled it up and put it back in. I saw I looked at it and thought it doesn't really matter. Then I saw a light brown discoloration on the outside, I also overlooked that. Then I noticed black spots on my back and got irritated. Upon closer inspection, I noticed that there were small white hairs inside. Not only did I not put it on my dog, he is black! So the furs in the house are only black. There was also a missing label which apparently someone had removed. I have included photos of the missing tag, black spots and white hair. Possibly a great dog blanket, but I can't ignore it!
