I have three X-Actos. I use one to make patterns on my bread because not only does it cut dough well, but all the elements are washable (you must dry the blade immediately); it also doesn't take up any space in my drawer and is cheaper than a bread turner. I still have one to cut materials for my projects, cardboard, paper etc and the last one I bought for one of my graphic design classes.
