These things are like magic. I've worn a bold eyeliner for most of my makeup career, and I've accepted it as a part of life that removing it will always be a hassle. I've tried many different products that have been hailed as great eye makeup removers and while some of them worked much better than others, nothing made the process "easy". Now I found these Almay pads and they are a game changer. I used it for the first time last night and couldn't believe it: 90% of my makeup came off on the first application and the rest on the next. Nothing is smeared. I'm still skeptical this morning. If for some reason this can't happen again tonight I'll update my review but for now this will definitely be my product. I'll note that removing my 24 hour lipstick wasn't as impressive as it took a little longer to rub, but I don't care and it's branded as an eye makeup remover anyway. Also, I was surprised to see other reviewers say it pricked their eyes. I was surprised that this product didn't sting my eyes at all. This is probably different for everyone, but the product has proven to be very gentle for me.
