Review on 🏀 SISU Aero 1.6mm Sports Mouth Guard: Perfect Stocking Stuffer for Youth and Adults Playing Basketball, Soccer, Hockey, Lacrosse by Jay Arnold

As most reviews have noted this mouthpiece has almost a clasp when molded correctly. You can talk, drink and fight freely without having to remove the mouthpiece. I have used this for BJJ training and I really liked the fact that I was able to breathe freely without any hindrance. However, my issues with the mouthpiece and the reason I'm not giving it 5 stars are as follows: 1) There is a slight learning curve to properly shape the mouthpiece. It's not just a mouthpiece for cooking and biting. The instructions are pretty good, but it's still easy to make a mistake. Luckily, the material is very forgiving, allowing you to brew again and start over until you hit it at a certain point. 2) The best advantages of this mouthpiece are also part of its weakness. The mouthpiece is very thin and light, and I don't know if it will be comfortable for me to deliver a strong blow to my mouth. BJJ training is one thing, but wearing it while hitting is another. I have used the Damage Control mouthguard daily and have not looked back.
