I don't know how anyone could give this thing a positive review, it's probably the dumbest and worst designed product I've ever seen. Does not take the shape of the mouth properly. There isn't enough material to effectively shape it, and not enough material to provide any decent protection, whether that's for sports or as bite protection when sleeping. You might as well shape a large stick of gum into a mouthguard. You will get the same result and probably feel more comfortable. This is garbage

However, I don't use it for sports. I have a terrible case of bruxism (sleep loops) and bought this to help me as most over the counter products are so thick they make me choke. Due to the thin size and unique material of this mouthguard, it has helped me finally get a good night's sleep. I chewed it up a bit but it still works. Do not use for Jiu-Jitsu or other forms of grappling. The material is so hard that I felt it wear down my gums to the point where my gums bled in many places even though I molded them to perfection. In use it feels hard as stone and if you wash it with warm water in the sink it completely loses its shape (hardly any hot water).
