Due to the thin size and unique material of this mouthguard, it has helped me finally get a good night's sleep. I chewed it up a bit but it still works. I cut off the excess at the corners and attached it to the pressure points on the mouthguard for reinforcement. You guys should really think about making a bruxism prevention product.
