I needed a sleep protector that wasn't so big and uncomfortable that I spit it out at night. Wanted one just for the top teeth and less bulky. I tried the upper and lower normal ones and I just removed them at night otherwise my teeth and jaw hurt in the morning due to the imperfect alignment and I couldn't close my lips around them so my mouth was dry. IT'S PERFECT. I've read some reviews that said it was difficult to shape, even the positive ones said it took a few tries, but I watched a YouTube video of Sisu and it was perfect on the first try. Follow the instructions, use a mirror to place it and you won't have any problems. But I warmed it up to see how it behaves. Got it back up with no problems. It does not have to be bitten hard into the plastic like with other mouthguards. The suction of your mouth shapes it as perfectly as a brace made by an orthodontist. It lasts all night, I wouldn't spit it out if I wanted to. So convenient, you hardly know it's there. I can even talk and drink with him. Seems like a lot for a small piece of plastic, but my dentist wanted to make me one for $200, so it was a much better value. And best of all, for the first time in many years, I woke up without a headache. For your health!
