I enjoyed the brush greatly and specifically the various light setting. It was a great addition to my skincare routine.In fact, I was such a huge fan that I bought them for my mother and sister as gifts.Unfortunately, I was one of the people with a faulty wire and it has a specific charger that isn’t easily swapped with a different cord. Now, it’s collecting dust although I know it would still work. I’m debating replacing it - with a different brand solely because the wire issue is a deal breaker for me. Anyone who owns an electronic knows any number of things can happen to the wire and not being able to replace it doesn’t make sense.The seller hasn’t answered any previous questions about getting a replacement. My summary would be - it works… while it lasts.
