Broken and inconvenience.

The glass on the frame was broken and I have to spend time repacking, using my own tape and boxes (because the one it came in was damaged) and beating the time out of my schedule, to take it to the post office? It's not easy when you work full time. If the item has been mishandled, poorly packaged or poorly manufactured, these costs and inconveniences should not be borne by me. The items themselves were good but not sure about the wedding quality.
