I bought 3 of these Naviskin shorts (royal blue, navy, grey). All three were medium size, however, the navy shorts were clearly smaller/tighter in the waist than the other two colors I ordered. I did a return on the navy, and had another navy shorts sent to me.unfortunately, the 2nd navy shorts I received was also smaller/tighter in the waist.my only conclusion is there was a batch of Naviskin navy shorts all mislabeled as mediums.oh well, at least I got a couple true mediums of these shorts which I really like.
