Failed block best in Computers and Accessories

When I received this I charged it 100%. I used it for 20 minutes and the battery died. Reloaded, same result. I would say it was a bad block. He was also constantly switching modes mid-sets, so I kept having to bend down to switch him back. I returned the item with no problems so that's it.
