Review on Case Logic DCB 309 Camera Backpack by Tiffany Lynch

Revainrating 4 out of 5

The bag was quite heavy when loaded

I took this bag on a trip to Hawaii. I had no problems with it during the 2 weeks of the trip. In it I carried a Canon T3i with battery, 18-55 and 55-250 kit lenses and various filters, two GoPros (one with a suction cup), a 14-inch laptop, an iPad, an iPod, and several wall-mounted and 12 -Volt chargers for everything, plus a bunch of odds and ends. The bag was quite heavy when loaded but I had no issues with the stitching on the straps or anything like that. I attached a small tripod to the outside of the bag and it worked. Good. The interiors were great. It fit my camera really well and allowed me to keep my other gear organized. Tighten the hip belt (wife said the chest belt didn't fit her even though it did fit me) I would have the zipper in the smallest compartment oriented to close when fully lowered to prevent accidental opening. I know the zipper has flaws. although in this position (things fall out easily if you open them a bit to grab something). Additionally, the waterproof case seemed to fit very snugly and was a little tricky to attach to a fully loaded bag. I would suggest permanently attaching one end of the cover to either the top or bottom of the bag so it is easier and quicker to open and put on the bag.
