I've been wearing an old stretched shower cap for a few years now. I'm not sure why it took me so long to finally get another one, other than I thought I'd end up with another plastic piece that has the rubber band stretching quickly. I'm glad I found this one. This is definitely a quality product. Nice print, nice line. Not sure why it's fleece lined, maybe that's important, but it definitely keeps my long curly hair dry when I shower but don't want to wash my hair yet. I got the XL because I have a large head (23 inches) and long hair that I pulled into a "man knot" before putting the hat on, so I needed something that would fit my head and my hair and at the same time covers the hairline. . It just suits me. I would have thought that the XL could also be a bit larger, but it's definitely enough. However, if your head is bigger than mine or your hair is thicker/longer, you simply have to try it. I like that it's adjustable and not just elastic. I wear it with no adjustment, with the largest hole size and for me it gives me a snug fit that keeps my hair dry. Can definitely be tightened if needed. In the end it's a nice shower cap that feels good and keeps my hair dry. I would definitely buy them again in the future but hopefully they will last a while.
