I was so excited to get this shelf and put it up in my guest bathroom. First off it does not come with paper directions, they leave a little card in the package and you scan the QR code, click on the link and it takes you to messenger from there you respond to the automated message and it gives you several instructions booklets option for assembly on their products. The two-tier shelf instructions are not correct. The instructions are for the three tier shelf and since I didn’t notice until later I messed up the shelf. I started to assemble the shelf before I noticed on the instructions and use the wrong pieces. The pieces are so hard to put together some fit good some don’t and some are sharp. It’s like they didn’t line them up probably. I also had a hard time putting the pieces together that some are stuck and cannot be removed unless I use some vise grips to remove it but it will probably remove the paint skuff it all up. I tried wd40 and couldn’t get it off that way. I have tried to reach out and speak with somebody and I have not heard anything back. Would have liked the correct instructions.
