Crumpled & Bubble Vinyl
I've never packed a vinyl as tightly as it came. Vinyl in such a quantity is usually wrapped on a cardboard tube so that it does not wrinkle. It was so tight that it was almost impossible to unroll and cut without bumps, bubbles, and creases in the vinyl. It won't lay flat in my car to get a good cut. I unwrapped the whole roll because it's so tight and all wavy.
