Purchased for CB5-571. Technically it loads, but the problem is in the design. The female (?) end of the power cord is too small and doesn't fit properly in the transformer, so it falls out with the slightest movement. But what's even worse is that because it's loose it doesn't hold a connection, so it doesn't pass electricity, meaning it won't charge most of the time. And then there's the part that plugs into the Chromebook's charging port. It's too small and just falls out. It will stay put when the computer is stationary, but that's not the point of a laptop, is it? The best I could do is attach the power code to the transformer so tightly that the wire can't move. But even that has to be corrected and rewritten regularly (and it still doesn't solve another problem that keeps giving me headaches because I can't write it to the computer. I had to return it immediately).
