Poor Quality Control - Anything may work - Update

Already have a black watch strap open NOTHING but watch strap with links removed and no tools or pins! Upon further inspection, the watch strap shows signs of wear! Unsatisfied! Upgrading! Found where I could go for an exchange! Within a short time I had a replacement watch strap on the way! Hopefully the replacement has all the parts! Stars for reaction speed.
