I love this massage cushion. It was just what I needed for my migraines. My migraines are caused by nerve pain. They also add to the ridiculous amount of tension I secretly build up in the trapeze (behind the neck and between the shoulders). I can position the pillow to access the "point" and then lean on it (or not) to get the pressure I want. It also has a heating option that makes the balls spin in one direction, or a non-heating option where they spin in the other direction. At least the blood is rushing to all the areas that are just stagnant and looking for a little love. It brings relief when I need it most. I use it again and again and would buy it again in a heartbeat.
