We have been running our campaigns across multiple channels for over 6 months now with no issues, I can’t think of any that we would like to change! It is very easy to set up new campaigns or track performance within existing ones too - it's so simple you won't need an IT team around anymore! If there are other products out in the market which do most things better then why use boost? Maybe if they had some more advanced reporting features but otherwise good stuff! There isn't anything at this time apart from maybe being able to export data into Excel/CSV files for manual analysis etc. However, all reports available via API seem pretty robust already so not much point really unless something comes along later. A single platform where everything seems to be integrated well; tracking traffic flows between platforms (Facebook Ads Manager vs AdWords), creating custom audiences using data analytics tools such as Segment.
