I originally gave this mug a 4 because it looks big and hot stuff stays hot for 1-3 hours, especially if you keep the mouthpiece closed. I wish it was a bit more since I drink 14 ounces. in the morning, but the lid takes up some space, so I make coffee in a large mug, have a drink and pour it here. The quad became a triple when after 3 months of use the sliding part that allows you to drink or keep it closed now dangles freely and just wobbles back and forth even while drinking. Sometimes I even have to stop it with my finger. Aggravating. And I don't see any replacement caps online.
