The quality is good, the length is short.
The lever looked good and was of good quality, but the stem length was too short to operate the valve reliably. I had to tinker with the installation, wrapping electrical tape around the square shoulder of the mounting sleeve so the damper fully closes every time.
- Great for a small home
- Questionable purchase for the elderly
