I had a small problem with the product but a great purchase.
The only reason I gave it a 4 was because the caption was wrong. The designations a and b have been swapped. I use 568b everywhere in my house as it is common wiring and when I did a keystone test on the other end of the cable on my patch panel this jack was not properly connected. Checked and wires are placed correctly for label. Changed to 568a according to the label and my meter passed, but these connectors are all easy to install and look like they'll last a long time.
