I have had chronic neck and back pain my entire life. I got this device because it has great reviews. At first I thought it was working as I could breathe clearer. After using only twice for five minutes each time exactly as directed I am in extreme pain.I currently have the worst migraine/tension headache I have ever had in my life. It’s so strong I cannot even turn on the lights and can hardly think straight or look at my phone. I have muscle weakness in my shoulders and arms that feels tingly. My posture is worse than it previously was as if my head is pushed forward and my range of neck motion is limited. I should mention that I was not experiencing this symptoms before us and have only had a migraine one other time in my entire life so I know all the symptoms are directly related to the use of this device.Read the other one star reviews. I am not alone in this feeling and it seems some peoples symptoms from this device have lasted weeks or even months. Do not buy this unless you want more neck and back pain than what you started with.
