Review on Stainless Steel Swivel Casters Wheels with 360° Rotation - Self Adhesive Material Handling Products by Original Mansel

I was hoping to use these mini swivel wheels on the bottom of some milk crates and trash cans. Babies (16 month old twins) love pushing boxes across the deck while running at full speed. I didn't want them to scratch the surface of the wood or trip and roll around in the box. I thought these wheels would help. I was wrong. The quality control of this product is terrible. I found many ball bearings stuck to sticky pads and scattered around the bag. The glue is a small circle instead of the full rectangular surface of the rollers. It doesn't have enough surface area and doesn't stick well enough. The worst thing is that the wheels don't turn well. I don't know if it's the lack of ball bearings or just that, but the wheels are just awful. Most of them rotate freely in only one direction. They are not 360 smooth, I feel a lot of friction when trying to turn them the other way. Ball bearings are not smooth at all. Not recommended. It's garbage.
