Short tea lights work best
I bought this because I was original had to bring a lighter to my wax to spill it out. This makes it easier to heat the wax and apply it gently to the paper and desired area. The stand is not too high, so it is better to use short candles, otherwise the spoon will extinguish the flame when placed on it. The spoon doesn't fit too tightly in the hole when heated, and the brass darkens closer to the flame, but overall it gets the job done.
- Easy to use and clean, just heat a wax spoon to melt the wax balls or wax sealing sticks and then simply wipe with paper or a tissue
