I love that you can get notifications when an employee has clocked in or out of work for the day.

It's also nice being able to see how many hours they worked each week without having to dig around their schedule manually. The interface isn't as intuitive as others we've used at other organizations so it takes some getting use to but once there are no issues, everything works great. We're solving our scheduling problems by using this software rather than sending emails back-and-forth between two people trying to find times that will fit everyone’s busy lives.
